The OCGH has an annual lecture which is usually given by a colleague within Oxford or an individual who has a academic visiting professorship. The speaker discusses a topic on which they have recently published (or are about too) a major work of scholarship which speaks to themes, wider problems or debates within the broad field of Global history.
